A DAY IN THE LIFE:


Full time, on-site role working out of Marindustry facility.

Manages internal process from order placement through order shipment with appropriate prioritization and communication between departments.

Fulfills all clinical pump orders to ensure proper software is loaded, applicable labeling applied, all functional test requirements are met, proper documentation completed, and quality approval is received as required per released pump protocols.

Fulfills all clinical supplies and accessories orders to ensure proper labeling is applied, as required.

Ensures work is performed in compliance with regulatory agencies and guidelines, such as the United States Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Good Clinical Practices (GCP), and ICH Guidelines. Complies with company policies including Privacy/HIPAA and other regulatory, legal, and safety requirements.

Completes all inventory ERP transactions in Microsoft Dynamics AX, as required.

Keeps inventory reporting current and provides information to team members as required.

Keeps shipment schedules current and provides information to team members as required.

Manages clinical component inventory to ensure orders can be completed in a timely manner.

Coordinates shipments of pumps, accessories and supplies to appropriate research centers in efficient manner.

Receives all returned pumps from research centers, follows proper cleaning protocols and processes inventory transactions to return to clinical stock and all other systems are updated.

Continually looks for ways to improve the processes and controls required to support clinical studies order fulfillment.

Performs other duties as assigned.


YOURE AWESOME AT:


Basic math skills and strong attention to detail required

Self-motivated, responsible team player

Maintain valid drivers license and be eligible for Tandem Automobile Insurance

Ability to annually pass a DMV background check

Experience following written procedures and work instructions and willingness to ask questions when there are concerns

Able to effectively share information regarding issues in written or verbal form and make recommendations in a clear and concise manner

Skilled at promoting team cooperation and a commitment to team success

Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple priorities and complete assignments on time and with minimal errors and managerial oversight

Demonstrated computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook

Knowledgeable of GMP environment.

Must be able to safely lift up to 45 pounds

High School diploma or equivalent required

3 years in manufacturing for a medical device company

3 years in inventory management for a medical device company
