We specialize in maintaining and creating unique outdoor spaces for individuals and communities to enjoy and are dedicated to providing our clientele with outstanding service. Currently we are seeking an office assistant to join our growing company and support our Leadership Team with the day-to-day operations. You will be the tip of the spear when it comes to communicating between clientele and project managers, scheduling, and maintaining accurate data in the systems. We are looking for someone goal oriented that can fit in well with multiple personality types while also bringing their own perspective to the team. Required Experience: 1-year customer service. Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
Desired Experience: Strong phone and communication skills in a service environment, strong understanding of sales processes. Client Relationship Management (CRM) experience preferred.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Main Responsibilities: Answering multiline phone system, inputting data into CRM, scheduling and managing appointments for clients and project/division managers, assigning to project managers, filing, email correspondence with clients and project/division managers, assisting leadership team with assigned tasks.
Skills and Qualities:
Must be fluent in English, Spanish speaking highly desired
Understanding of Microsoft Office 365
Strong computer skills with accurate data entry
Possess strong verbal and written communications skills while being persuasive and polite in tone and delivery
Must be organized and possess a high level of administrative ability to effectively manage duties and required documentation
Possess excellent customer service skills
Must be a hard-working person, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while multitasking
Excellent time management skills, ability to work in fast-paced environment
You must be flexible and able to build a strong relationship with the Leadership Team
