We are looking for a motivated Physical Therapist to join our group full time in Warwick, RI. We believe in comprehensive, individualized care within our state-of-the-art Therapy facility and are looking for a likeminded PT to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of the incoming Physical therapist will be treating patients with various orthopedic injuries and ailments in the outpatient private practice setting with manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities. We are looking for a compassionate Physical therapist who is driven to provide high quality care and helping others reach for and attain their health and wellness goals.

Responsibilities
Direct Patient care- new patient evaluation (review medical records/reports)
Identify and meet patients goals and needs
Offer treatments that help improve clients motion and mobility
Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques
Create programs tailored to patients specific needs
Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions
Motivate patients during treatment to help them function optimally
Promote clients healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination
Consult and practice with other health professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Delegate and communicate ancillary duties to appropriate support staff
Communicate, when necessary, with referring physicians or HCP's
Evaluate effects and monitor and communicate progress
Document patient care services- timely and accurate, daily

Requirements:
Current knowledge of physical therapy treatment practices
Valid license to practice physical therapy in RI
Graduate degree or greater in physical therapy

Schedule:
Monday and Wednesday 12:00PM - 8:00PM
Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 7:00AM - 3:00PM
Salary:
$70k - $95k per year (DOE)
Bonus compensation: Incentivized Productivity Bonus Structure up to $10,000 per year
