Your internship will not be about making coffee (unless you want it for yourself), or operating xerox. It will start with an intensive training, that will allow you to gain technical and product knowledge to be able to provide service for customers hand in hand with our team.
Tasks
- Acquire basic electric and electronic skills
- Learn as much as possible about our product portfolio
- Manage entry level customer related issues
- Record all customer interactions into a CRM
- Actively participate in departmental activities and initiatives including self help
Requirements
Requirements:
- Business fluent in written and spoken German and communicative English
- Willingness to learn and obtain new competences
- Basic level of MS office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Last course/semester - offer for people with student status only
