You will be working for a multinational engineering company that is the leader of the market in the production and distribution of gases in the following sectors: industrial, food, and medical.
Tasks
What you will do:
- You will be working in rotation of Front and Back offices providing support to customers' queries via phone, email, and chat;
- You will guide customers in facilitating the use of our webshop;
- You will be working in conjunction with other areas of the company;
- You will be transferring customer queries to other departments.
Requirements
What you need:
- You need to have good communications skills throughout all channels;
- You have a native level of Dutch and an intermediate level of English;
- You are proactive and a problem solver;
- You are goal-oriented.
