We are actively looking for you, a team player with an affinity to solve IT problems. You use your knowledge to provide the team with technical support in hardware, software and network related topics and function as an initial point of contact.

To ensure success as an IT Support Engineer, you should already have some experience in handling and administering business software and hardware systems. You should have excellent troubleshooting skills and most importantly you should possess high-level interpersonal skills. Tasks

• Install, Configure and Maintain client computer systems
• Diagnose software, hardware or networking issues
• Order and Track hardware/inventory equipment
• Maintain First-Level Ticket System
• Document IT Infrastructure and IT Routine Processes

Requirements

• You have a bachelor s degree in computer science or information technology
• You know BASH, PowerShell, GIT and optionally Python
• You have excellent interpersonal skills
• You will work on-site in Berlin
• Fluent business English is required, German language skills are a plus
