SAP Project Manager

We are currently hiring for a reputed global organization with below experience

• Manages projects/Rollouts of all sizes and scope
• Minimum two Full-life cycle Implementations as Project/Rollout Manager
• Ability to develop clear and detailed project plans.
• Adopt in scope management, risk management & budget management.
• Responsible for the planning and delivery of project in accordance with project plan
• Drives key meetings and workshops to achieve the outcomes within the deadline.
• Organizes and conducts project meetings.
• Provides overall leadership to manage the project.
• Coordinate s delivery across locations.
• Resolve business issues by working with various groups within and outside of the company (i.e. system users, company management, consultants, software support staff).
• Work in multidisciplinary teams to define and design complex processes and procedures for the configuration, upgrade, and maintenance of sap and related application systems.
• Design test plans, execute test scenarios, validate test data, and document test results.
• Perform most of the project management functions of the user groups including coordinating, organizing, planning and scheduling, communicating, tracking accountability, ensuring documentation, monitoring and evaluating, problem solving and technical assistance.
• Self-Motivated to identify improvement areas and take initiative to implement the same
• Demonstrate a functional acumen to support how solutions will address client goals while maintaining alignment with industry best practices

Language Skills: German (Mandatory) English (Mandatory)

Location : Germany- Stuttgart region

Years of Experience : 7 Plus yrs

Tasks

Manage all aspects of Project life cycle to facilitate successful delivery to executive team.
Oversee SAP project to provide metrics for reporting to executive team on business case ROI.
Provide Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) on selected business processes to assemble input into business case.
Develop and oversee detailed project plans.Identify, analyze and recommend business systems solutions to
management having broad business impact.
Establish detailed project plans and metrics, work plans, schedules, resource plans and status reports.
Identity project risks and develop risk mitigation plans.
