Summary

PLEASE NOTE: this position can be occupied in Berlin, Zurich or completely remote in Germany or Switzerland.
Part-time scope: at least 80%

You want to use your B2B marketing experience for a good cause? You want to play a key role in shaping our marketing strategy to drive the growth and impact of RaiseNow, an innovative Tech4Good company?
As Head of Marketing and Communication (f/d/m) you report directly to our management board. You are in charge of RaiseNow s strategic positioning and further development of the brand together with your team. On top of that, you want to do good with your job.

Your mission

As Head of Marketing and Communication (f/m/d) you are a member of the extended management board and in charge of leading and scaling the MarCom team, consisting of 7 team members. You translate RaiseNow s strategy into marketing plans and initiatives by determining our marketing strategy, budget and ultimately our marketing mix, channels and big projects.

  • You are responsible for the MarCom strategy and positioning across products and markets including pricing that results in substantial revenue growth for RaiseNow
  • You are in charge of targeted and effective acquisition and lead generation
  • You work closely with the CEO, Head of Product, the Sales team, Customer Success and Product Managers to provide market insights and elaborate marketing strategies
  • You own and manage all online and offline marketing & communication channels of RaiseNow together with your team (e.g. website, newsletter, release notes, blog, tutorials, events and conferences)
  • You lead your team by sharing positive feedback, conducting regular check ins and supporting them with prioritisation and development
  • Travel to corporate offices (Berlin and Zurich) and conferences as needed (approx. 10-20%)

Your profile

  • You have strong experience in B2B SaaS Marketing, Communications, Brand Strategy, or a related field
  • You managed and developed teams at scale
  • You have excellent stakeholder management skills
  • You enjoy working with technical products and translating them into customer-friendly language
  • You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and German
  • You are creative, resourceful, detail-oriented and highly organized
  • NGO or Fundraising background

Nice to have:

  • Experience with HubSpot or Google Ads
  • Additional language skills, for example French
