Editorial Assistant

Lexxion takes pride in working with stakeholders across the European Union. Based in Berlin, we offer journals, books, professional trainings, and conferences in EU law, in particular in fields such as environmental law, EU competition law, food law.

We are looking for an Editorial Assistant (m/f/d) to join our editorial team. The position is based in Berlin, Germany.

Tasks

• Editing and typesetting of submissions for Lexxion journals
• At a later stage: Communication with authors

Requirements

• Master s degree or multiple years of experience
• Editing texts, ideally academic or legal
• Typesetting experience, using automated software, or willingness to learn it
• Understanding of the functioning of the EU
• Language Skills: English C2
