Tasks
- Drive B2B sales activities
- Be part of the agile team implementing IT solutions for financial institutions and understand the clients needs.
- Work closely with the IT team to develop implementation concepts
- Define functional requirements and test created solutions
- Design and model business processes
- As the leader of a project area, take responsibility for meeting budget and deadline requirements
- Be engaged in internal company areas to support the company expansion
Requirements
- Spanish and English (fluent)
- You have professional experience working on IT projects, ideally in the financial sector
- Ability to use synthesis to present your work's outcomes and analytical thinking
- Learn quickly in a friendly but challenging environment
- Be able to manage a team effectively and take responsibility for its results
- Travel regularly
