Tasks

• Drive B2B sales activities
• Be part of the agile team implementing IT solutions for financial institutions and understand the clients needs.
• Work closely with the IT team to develop implementation concepts
• Define functional requirements and test created solutions
• Design and model business processes
• As the leader of a project area, take responsibility for meeting budget and deadline requirements
• Be engaged in internal company areas to support the company expansion

Requirements

• Spanish and English (fluent)
• You have professional experience working on IT projects, ideally in the financial sector
• Ability to use synthesis to present your work's outcomes and analytical thinking
• Learn quickly in a friendly but challenging environment
• Be able to manage a team effectively and take responsibility for its results
• Travel regularly
