Business Analyst (Paris)

Tasks

• Be a part of the consulting or implementation team on IT projects for insurance institutions.
• Conduct business analysis, define functional requirements, and test created solutions
• Work closely with IT developers and architects daily
• Support the development of Paris office and activities in Paris
• Support coordination of Agile projects
• Cooperate directly with the client team
• Test yourself in various roles and tasks in an international environment

Requirements

• Business level English (C1) and French (C1)
• Minimum bachelor s degree
• Gained first worked experience preferably in project environment (1 year for junior profiles / 5 years for senior profiles)
• Demonstrate ability to learn quickly in a friendly but challenging environment.
• Have an individual and creative approach to solving complex problems.
• Think analytically and can use the synthesis to present the results of your work
• Show interest in working with clients from the insurance sector
• Show interest in supporting business development activities in France
• Enjoy teamwork with experts with various academic backgrounds and skills
• Show interest in new technologies and their practical use

Additional Requirements:

• Have experience working in consulting, implementation, or IT company, especially in the field of insurance (1 years for junior)
• Experience in Guidewire implementations would be a plus
• Knowledge of an additional language (German, Spanish, Japanese) would be a plus
• Open to travel
