As our Event Marketing Intern (f/m/x), you are responsible for supporting our marketing team with driving the pipeline - defining & implementing Sharpist s B2B event strategy, organizing & participating in external as well as internal events.

What you'll do here at Sharpist

Within 1 month, you will...

• Have met and established friendly relationships with various future collaborators from marketing, sales, business development, revenue operations, customer success, and design
• Have helped organized at least one trade fair, conference, or own Sharpist event

Within 6 months, you will

• Help plan and execute our own B2B events (external & internal, online & on-site), collaborate on trade fairs and coordinate with potential third parties
• Travel to events and be responsible for the smooth running and the presence of our brand on site
• Help us identify how to improve outcomes of our events
• Organize high-caliber webinars that generate demand from our ideal customer profile
• Collaborate with your colleagues in digital marketing, marketing operations, product marketing, and design to run multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Be responsible for our presence on social media, including generating pre-event excitement, during event videos, and post-event learnings (with our marketing team support)

And then, what's next?

• The sky s the limit. Depending on your performance and preference, we are open to converting this to a full-time position

Requirements

We believe you'll be successful if you are this type of person

• You are able to work independently and react to short-term requests
• You are creative and like to tackle things directly
• Well-organized and not afraid to speak your mind
• Hands-on with organizational skills and a passion for setting up different types of events

These hard facts will get us excited to get to know you better

• First work experience
• Event organization experience would be awesome (but it's cool if you don't have it)
• Great communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
• Interest in social media and networking
• You love to travel: you are legally able and willing to be present on-site for events that take place around Germany and western Europe (e.g. UK, France)
• Fluent English (German would be nice-to-have but not a must)
• Ideally based in Berlin
• Able to do a 6-month full-time internship
