Community Manager

At Factorial we are looking for a Community Manager to help us boost the company to the next level

About the role:

The person selected will be responsible for participating in the design, updating and monitoring of the internal communication plan, and coordinating the actions derived from it, generating content and media appropriate to the different topics and channels available.

The Role:

• Define and develop the company's internal communication strategy, aligned with Factorial's values.
• Analysis and management of the internal communication channels, as well as implementation of the necessary improvements.
• Establish objectives and strategies in reference to the communicative actions to be carried out.
• Organise and implement internal communication campaigns for the management of events, afterworks, etc.
• Establish the necessary metrics to evaluate the communications carried out and implement improvement actions.
• Producing, managing and send the monthly newsletter.

Your Profile:

• Degree in Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising and Public Relations or similar.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Demonstrable experience in internal communication management
• Ability to manage and priorities simultaneous tasks or projects.
• Strong teamwork and coordination skills

Nice to have:

• Master's degree in corporate or internal communication
• Start-up experience
• Tech industry experience
