Job Description

Toshiba TEC Germany Imaging Systems GmbH is part of a global corporation operating in the technology sector and due to its innovations has been a leader in its field for more than 140 years - for example as a leading manufacturer & supplier for digital and multifunctional systems for office communication. For our Headquarter located in Neuss (close to D sseldorf) we are currently looking for a new colleague to support our European Supply Chain Management Center as a:

Sales Assistant Customer Service -Parental leave replacement-

Tasks

main responsibilities:

  • Accurate processing of customer orders and transfer them to the warehouse in timely manner
  • Secure the information flow towards our customers with regard to shipment schedules, allocations and availability of goods
  • Make sure that all customer inquiries are quickly answered and/or transferred to the responsible person/department
  • Coordinate order releases with the finance department
  • Coordination of shipments in close cooperation with the Logistic Group
  • Generals correspondence with customers (English language)
  • Issue shipping advice to customers
  • Check customer claims Damages & physical differences
  • Organize Intercompany Returns
  • Handle Price differences (issue credit/debit notes)
  • Review open order list with customers
  • Process direct shipments from European and overseas suppliers

Requirements

Your requirements:

  • Commercial/Business Qualification, Import/Export experience is an asset
  • Good spoken and written English mandatory, German and additional European language skills are an asset
  • ERP System (preferably Oracle) and Computer knowledge (MS Office, especially Excel)
  • Good communicator & excellent Team worker
