(Senior) Event Marketing Manager

To support our international, diverse team in our further growth, we are looking for reinforcement in all areas, including a (Senior) Event Marketing Manager who will oversee and organise events which will make an impact on the target audience.

Tasks

At Alteos we believe you will make an impact in this position by:

• Driving the event business, raising awareness of the brand and promoting business growth.
• The conception, organisation and implementation of B2B-trade fairs / external events
• Managing brand and communication, optimising event processes
• Compiling feedback and KPI analysis of events
• Researching and negotiating the coordination of external service providers
• Handling of event budgeting and invoicing
• Collaborating across various departments including sales, product and others
• Supporting and reporting to Event Lead and Senior Management, providing key knowledge transfer and collaboration

Requirements

We are eager to learn more about you if you..

• Have a proven track record of 3+ years in event and trade fair-management within a B2B context (preferably with B2B trade fairs, events, congresses and some digital events)
• Have experience in offline event organisation (digital event organisation is a helpful addition)
• Are have strong, confident stakeholder management and communication skills
• Are results-oriented, proactive and find that independent work is just as natural for you as a sense of responsibility
• Impress with a communicative, open and confident attitude and you enjoy being part of a team
• Are very well-organised, (able to coordinate external parties) and have a great attention to detail
• Have a broker/consumer goods background; this will be beneficial to the role
• Are a strong communicator with excellent German / English language skills
• Have a Drivers licence B - this is necessary as the role requires occasional travelling within Germany
