Informatica MDM Consultant

Responsibilities

Experience:

• 5 years of relevant hands-on experience on Informatica Master Data Management (MDM) and IDQ
• Must have skills: Informatica (MDM, Data Quality, IDD, Power Center), SQL, UNIX
• Good understanding of Business Intelligence and Data warehousing with ability to write complex SQL queries. Experience on Data Modelling
• Working knowledge of Informatica Power Exchange
• Experience in Relational Modeling, Dimensional Modeling and Modeling of Unstructured Data
• Knowledge of Tableau, Python, Cloud Analytics Service AWS Redshift; would be an advantage

Job Requirements

• Support of Informatica (MDM, Data Quality, IDD), SQL Server, Oracle or AWS Redshift or similar relational or non-relational databases
• Provide Tier-2 assistance to answer queries about applications, synchronize with Level-1 and share status of requests as per the established service levels
• Receive and resolve bugs, complete and document root-cause analysis and synchronize with L3 application support, as needed
• Provide primary support to handle hot fixes and patches
• Provide escalation assistance to the users, manage access requests, be the point of contact for scheduled data integration jobs, reports, and dashboard extracts
• Provide proactive application monitoring to access application availability, and notify issues and act on these as needed

Remote conditions

Team is ok with remote candidates within USA, as long as they provide support during Eastern timezone
