HRSD ServiceNow Project Manager- 100% Remote

Title of Position: Senior HRSD ServiceNow Project Manager
Client Location in on EST in Basking Ridge, NJ
Starting early January 2023


We are currently looking for a new resource for a project we are working on. We have been tasked to redesign the intranet/ServiceNow to improve our employee experience for HR. The project will kickoff in January and should be for 4-6 months but could extend.

The senior PM will have 10+ years experience and some certifications PLUS they should have the following:
o Must be able to develop high-level strategic Powerpoint presentations for Management and present to senior leaders
o Comfortable working with senior leaders to gather information and document
o Must be organized and able to handle a complex project
o Must be a self starter and work independently as this person will gather information, make recommendation, get approvals and then develop and execute
o Must have excellent written and verbal skills as the person will be expected to provide status updates via email and presentations
o Must have An individual who has HR ServiceNow experience in organizing the content, creating knowledge base articles, chat bot and documenting requirements for the developers
o Highly preferred- An individual with knowledge of operating in a tiered service delivery model, including self-service, contact center and transaction components so he/she can help design the content appropriately.
o The Project is highly visible within HR and the organization. He/she will be working on change management and communications with our Corporate Communications group.

Below is an outline of the different components you will be working on:

ServiceNow Knowledge - Base set-up of structure and articles, communicate the changes, develop the content and execute
Operations Transition: Will look to this individual to run the ops transition (current items vs future items to be transitioned) conversations and scribing on information
Root Cause Analysis Analyze the tickets coming in and assess how they can be streamlined or organized. Make recommendations, communicate to the team for buy-in and build new content if necessary. Will be required to schedule working sessions, lead the conversations, analysis the input and execute on the work.
