Business Analyst

- The business analyst is responsible for understanding the current and target business processes and documentation, analyzing processes in detail, define RPA value proposition, reengineer process identifies opportunities for improvement to improve automation potentials, and accurately assesses the feasibility of automation with the RPA solution
- Work closely with business owners to identify business requirements, create process workflow, process design (including AS IS process design and process mapping) and related documentation
- Prepare test plan and strategy: create and document scenarios and test procedures along with business managers and RPA testers prior to launching User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Refine the process business case based on the macro assumptions
