Proficiency with HTML, CSS, SASS, and cross-browser compatibility are required Be able to code using JavaScript/jQuery, typescript, vue, and native script. Deep knowledge of Angular practices and commonly used modules based on extensive work experience Creating self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components in Angular/React. Ability to provide SEO solutions for single page apps Thorough understanding of the responsibilities of the platform, database, API, caching layer, proxies, and other web services used in the system Creating custom, general use modules and components which extend the elements and modules of core Angular Ability to write unit test cases for the Angular component. Should be proficient in Karma and Jasmine for the unit test cases. Experience with responsive grid systems Experience in using UX design best practices to develop solutions. At least 7 years of related experience with a digital portfolio. Experience working with or on an innovative, creative, team/organization. Possess a solid grasp of human-centered design. Ability to iterate your designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently. Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design ideas, and solutions to teams and stakeholders. Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders to regularly deliver design solutions for approval. Be willing to help teammates, share knowledge and experience with them, and learn from them. Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism. Be passionate about all things UX/UI/CX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry s latest trends and technologies. Proficient in design and prototyping software (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Azure, Keynote, After Effects etc.), web design principles and technologies Ability to lead design discovery and design thinking exercises to break through organizational silos and collaboratively solve complex design challenges Ability to drive creative direction, ideation and execute against all programs and initiatives Good to have the domain knowledge of healthcare industry. Proficient in turning product requirements into detailed clickable prototypes as well as production codeSolid knowledge of Angular or React is required. Good to have knowledge of client side templating (mustache.js, handlebars.js, panni.js, dust.js ) Good to have knowledge of DOM manipulation and client-side validation Good to have knowledge of other libraries/frameworks. Experience with modern web/UI development tools and techniques (Node, Webpack, Grunt/Gulp, GIT, Axios, Jest) PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Various Domain experience; Health Care, Financial, etc Experience using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodology Specific tools, languages and specialty skills may vary Experience with mobile design (native and mobile web) a plus Experience with Foundation a plus Experience with web accessibility guidelines and requirements a plus
