Responsibilities
- Manage and ensure the Company s growth in terms of sales and clientele base are achieved and exceeded beyond the set targets.
- Manage Key Account Portfolio of existing and potential clients to ensure using Company s CRM program to build and maintain excellent customer relationship, retainer shipand ensure repeat business with clients.
- Enhance Company s Brand Visibility by conducting various Advertising and PR Campaigns.
- Prepare sales proposals and tender documents for clients.
- Work closely with the Head of Sales and Commercial for all sales related matters.
- Regularly advice on the changing trends in the IT market and diversify Company s products and services accordingly.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on various tasks assigned for easier decision making by Management.
Requirements
Knowledge and Experience
- University degree in Business or Marketing with at least 2 years of experience in related field
- Must be conversant with various Internet connectivity issues and solutions
- Must have good knowledge of IT related issues and products.
- Ability to produce results and meet sales targets
