HR Executive-Intern

This is a remote position.

• Provide support to business heads in communicating in various goals
  
• Creating Appraisal cycles in Zoho people
  
• Ensure cycles and completed in time and reviewing ratings
  
• Consolidate reports in cycle
  
• Skill set and domain creation at Zoho People for each designation and Skill set mapping
  
• Competency skill level assessment
  
• Appraisal Documentation
  
• Conducted FDP Assessment for COE employees along with technical team
  
• Participating in compensation design for employees
  
• Participation in Reward structuring for employees who have completed k18 months cycle in the company
  
• Setting up incentive process through payroll
  
• Mapping out skill metrics for each employee

Requirements

• Familiarity with Human Resources Management systems and applicant tracking system
  
• Bsc / Msc in Human resource management or a related field
  
• Better communication skill
  
• Good understanding of recruitment and hiring process
  
• Exceptional active listening skill
  
• Ability to work as a part of a team
  
• Ability to manage time efficiently
