We are hiring a HR Executive to manage our Company's recruiting, learning and development and employee performance programs
As an HR Executive your Roles and responsibilities will be:
- Provide support to business heads in communicating in various goals
- Creating Appraisal cycles in Zoho people
- Ensure cycles and completed in time and reviewing ratings
- Consolidate reports in cycle
- Skill set and domain creation at Zoho People for each designation and Skill set mapping
- Competency skill level assessment
- Appraisal Documentation
- Conducted FDP Assessment for COE employees along with technical team
- Participating in compensation design for employees
- Participation in Reward structuring for employees who have completed k18 months cycle in the company
- Setting up incentive process through payroll
- Mapping out skill metrics for each employee
Requirements
- Familiarity with Human Resources Management systems and applicant tracking system
- Bsc / Msc in Human resource management or a related field
- Better communication skill
- Good understanding of recruitment and hiring process
- Exceptional active listening skill
- Ability to work as a part of a team
- Ability to manage time efficiently
