Position Name:Desktop Support Staff
Responsibilities:
- Fix issues like “forgot password”, “cannot open the file or save the file”
- Install OS / MS office in a new PC before handing a PC to a new joiner .. Vice versa delete all data and clean the pc and store it when a person leaves the firm
- In case of iPad / PC breakage, check the warranty and liaison with the outside vendor to get it replaced or fixed.
- All very basic stuff – and no major server or network experience required.
