Key Responsibilities:
l Interface with PMC s and its clients Teams to develop the digital strategies and work plans supporting the overall business goals
l Manage / Support the SEO/SEA the localization of websites and digital advertising (Google Ads Meta Ads Amazon Ads etc.) digital campaigns and the overall performance of the conversion funnel
l Define KPIs put in place dashboards to control the successful implementation of digital work plans devise timely corrective plans to optimize performance
l Help select coordinate with and control the external agencies
l Support digital marketing activities with insights for content creation social media activities and influencers
l Stay updated with industry trends and best practices train colleagues and upgrade internal tools and processes when necessary

l 35 years of experience in ecommerce operations preferably in consumer products.
l Successful track record in managing websites and digital operations on online platforms such as Shopify or marketplaces such as Amazon Rakuten and Yahoo
l Excellent analytical communication creative and organizational skills.
l Native or Fluent (JLPT N1) in Japanese and proficient in English
l A business/marketing degree will be advantageous
