Summary:
We are looking for someone who will facilitate and create necessary dashboards and resources to enable our team to derive customer and product insights
Responsibilities:
- Prepare necessary scorecards for Business reviews
- Deep dive into futuristic support analytics and insights using data mining tools such as Text Analytics
- Comprehend, analyze the data and summarize the key takeaways
- Work with Product Support Managers and help shape necessary data inferences for future state of support
Skills/ Education/ Experience:
- 2+ years of experience
- Bachelor Degree
- 2+ years experience writing SQL code
- Data visualization, storytelling, & presentation/slide building skills
- Strong data navigation and comprehension skills
- Ability to analyze research or performance data, develop insights, and apply those insights to optimize product strategies
- Proven ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects with competing priorities while working independently to drive projects to completion with minimum guidance and high attention to detail in a high-paced environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills
