Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research for the assigned international geographies to identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
- Initiate sales process through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Set up meetings with potential clients to understand their requirements and address the same without supervision.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations on our services and products.
- Ensure to negotiate and close the deal timely and systematically.
- Monitor customers or prospects satisfaction for portfolio improvement.
- Proactively identify cross-selling & up-selling opportunities with the existing customers.
- Identify references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline.
Desired Candidate Profile & Skills:
- Excellent active listening, effective communication both verbal and written.
- Quick thinking, ability to handle objections and problem-solving skills.
- Good hands-on on MS-Office (Excel, Power Point, Word & Outlook).
- Ability to work effectively with diverse cultures.

Education & Knowledge:
- Graduation (Preferably Post Graduation/MBA) from recognized University.
- Knowledge/ familiarity with IT, Telecom, latest technologies and terminologies.
- Excellent knowledge of Ms Office.
- Good in written and Verbal communication.
