VIP Manager

They have an amazing newjobopportunity for aVIP Managerto join their team inJohannesburg. You will be responsible for the creation and planning of all retention-based marketing for the high-value segments, monitoring, and analysis of campaigns. You will help deliver maximum return on investment by delivering purposeful campaigns.

Your keyjobresponsibilities as theVIP ManagerinJohannesburgwill include:

• Be responsible for both individual Campaign creation and the retention marketing plans for VIP Segments
  
• Take ownership of end-to-end campaign planning, from idea generation and briefing & resource allocation to analysis, reporting and optimisation on budget & on time
  
• Scaling the campaign plan to fit VIP segments
  
• Leading a small team of VIP Campaign Executives
  

Requirements for thisVIP Manager jobinJohannesburg:

• At least 3 years of experience working within online gaming
  
• Experience in leading a team
  
• High organisational skills. You are used to running projects and to coordinate and deliver on time
  
• A keen eye for detail and an analytical mind
  
• Microsoft Excel knowledge
  
• Knowledgeable about marketing channels
  
• Fluent in English
