Our client is a public listed steel pipe manufacturer which has the largest production capacity in Indonesia, especially a wide range of steel pipes / tubes The Companys portfolio of products comprises a great variety of customized (made-to-order) products as well as standard carbon and stainless steel pipes. Their products fulfill the needs of varying industries, such as construction, infrastructure, utility, oil and gas, furniture and automotive. The Company also offers relevant services, including galvanization, shearing (cutting steel coils into sheets/plates), slitting (cutting wide coils of steel into narrower or smaller coils), and quality control tests in their modern laboratory.
Responsibilities:
- Able to formulating and planning the sales based on market research and consumer research analysis
- Organizing sales team to delegate effectivity of working
- Motivating, directing, and supporting sales team
- Evaluating the sales performance
- Monitoring sales team based on target, and also setting the action to achieve the goals
- Managing the customer complaints with effective solution
- Keeping the customer satisfaction
- Building and nurturing the relationship with business partner, client, and vendors
Requirements
- Bachelor degree, with minimum GPA (IPK) 3.0 out of 4
- Experienced on managing steel and pipe / manufacturing steel / automotive pipe steel / pipe and steel distributors sales at least for 5 years
- Able to build and maintain good relationships with the customer
- Having good proficiency in english
- Able to communicate in mandarin is a plus
