What would you do?
•Manage, Train and Lead the team
•Set Targets to be achieved by the team
•Monitor and motivate the team to achieve and exceed the targets
•Foster relationships with clients and Work closely with the leadership team
•Traveling to the site when required with potential and existing customers to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
•Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
•Implementing a sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects
•Negotiate
•Close the Deal
What are we looking for?
•Any Degree
•3-5 Years of Experience, mostly in sales
•Proficient and Excellent in English
•Bilingual – Added advantage
• Problem-solving
•Agility and Adaptability: Change is going to be new and constant
•Enthusiastic
•Team Player
•Experience in Banking, Automobile, Wealth Management, Logistic and Event management industries – Added advantage
Salary: 6 -15 lakh+ Incentives
