Maintenance Manager

Growing Co in Dayton has a need for a Maintenance Manager. This is a direct hire role with a full benefits package. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and efficient operation of all equipment. The maintenance manager will be responsible to evaluate and execute a preventative maintenance schedule for all equipment. In addition, the maintenance manager will be responsible for repair of equipment, replacement parts fabrication, and maintaining the overall condition of all equipment within the facility. Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance. Recruit, train, and supervise maintenance technicians by preparing weekly schedules and allocating work. Ensures the efficient operation of building, machinery, and mechanical equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements on building, equipment, and related machinery to minimize unscheduled downtime of production capabilities, while maximizing the useful lives of the facilities and equipment. Efficiently and effectively responds to the malfunctions of machinery and mechanical equipment to ensure that production is able to resume as quickly as possible. Removal and replacement of defective components by deactivation and disassembly of all equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Must have a strong industrial HVAC certification and experience. Maintenance background both in mechanical and electrical knowledge and experience. Strong mathematical, analytical and problem solving skills. Maintains a safe and clean work environment by complying with corporate policies, procedures, and work instructions. Willing to work as part of a team to ensure attainment of corporate goals.

Must be willing to attend training and certification courses to gain additional skills and experience. Electrical or electronics certifications are preferred. A minimum of 3 years of experience in the industrial maintenance field is required.
