Job Description
A large Central Indiana Ag Supply company is seeking a General Manager. This person will be responsible for all Personnel, Finance, Profitability, Operations, Safety, Sales, Purchasing and long-term planning. This company sells fertilizer, seed, crop protection chemicals, Custom Application, feed, and grain. Compensation is 110k-130k salary, bonus, Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401k match, and company vehicle.
This position requires:
- Great financial business skills
- Ag input experience
- Grain and or agronomy operations experience
- Personnel hiring, developing, leadership and team building skills
- Budgeting, long and short-term planning ability
- Community outreach
