The opportunity
The current Sales Manager for Switzerland is retiring in Q2 2023.
As the new SM, you will take over take over a key role within the team, taking full responsibility for all commercial activities.
In line with the new feed additive strategy, you will develop the new B2F (Business to Farm) offering, in collaboration with distribution partners.
You will also continue to nurture existing client relationships in Switzerland and the South of Germany.
This role will be highly suited to an ambitious professional, who enjoys introducing new products and applications and expanding the existing customer portfolio.

Requirements
About you
1. Animal production:
You are working within the animal production sector.
Feed additives, nutrition or comparable product knowledge will be considered for the role.
A business-to-farm experience is required, preferably with added-value products.
2. Commercial Acumen:
The position is strongly involved with customers, sales teams and senior leaders in the organisation.
You know how to manage commercial processes and how to work with clients.
Technical, technical sales, technical support OR full commercial backgrounds considered.
3. Distributors:
You will take the lead in setting up the distribution network in the region and have a track record of collaborating with distributors of animal production products.
4. Languages:
You are fluent in English and German.
5. Location:
The role is based in Switzerland.
