Event Marketing Manager EMEA (w/m/d)

Formlabs is now looking for an Event Marketing Manager in EMEA. You will be responsible for spearheading Formlabs event marketing strategy in EMEA, including, but not limited to: trade show planning and execution, event logistics management, securing speaking opportunities at key industry events, and implementing marketing campaigns associated with the events. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in organizing and running trade shows and other types of professional events.

This is an 18-month contract. After this period, there may be a possibility to turn it into a full-time position.

The Job:

• Own the mission of getting our products out there in front of customers through effective and efficient events working closely with marketing and sales leadership
• Set the stage to generate leads that drive revenue at events
• Lead the strategy of in-person events, including contract negotiations, staffing, booth shipping, virtual and in-person setup and driving foot traffic and engagement.
• Manage the events budget with a focus on getting the best possible ROI and ensuring that events get executed on budget
• Coordinate and staff events for both Formlabs-run and shared events with partners
• Select and manage vendors, and other teams to efficiently run events
• Coordinate the execution of projects with our events agency
• Collaborate with our in-house design team to ensure our booths and general presence at events accurately represents the Formlabs brand

You are:

• Bachelor in marketing or related discipline
• 4+ years of experience in event marketing
• Proven experience carrying out trade shows and event marketing projects from A to Z, including trade show planning, execution, and reporting
• Strong project management skills. Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while working under very tight deadlines
• Highly organized with an ability to manage resources, budgets, and onsite personnel
• Strong communication skills written and oral.
• You are data and metric-driven and have the ability to draw insight from complex marketing data.
• Extremely detail-oriented, focused on continuous process improvement. Adaptable, creative problem solver with a can-do attitude.

• Passion for 3D printing and emerging technologies
