Job Description
We invite applications from experienced CNMs to come and be a team member of one of the largest providers of home care services in the country. We have a vacancy in Co Dublin and are currently looking for CLINCAL NURSE MANAGER 2 (CNM 2).
As a CNM 2, you would be reporting to the Person in Charge and would responsible for Quality & Clinical Governance including risk and patient safety function within the group. You would actively supports the management and staff in the development and delivery of the Quality Improvement Programme, ensure deliver a high-quality homecare service and support our customer s requirements.

Requirements
What would your Duties and Accountabilities be?
- To manage the safety and quality of the business.
- To undertake professional and clinical Responsibilities.
- To lead and manage staff.
- To promote the business.
What Experience and skills should you possess?
- Be registered Nurse on the Live Register of NMBI and at least 3 years post qualification.
- Have a working knowledge of the Health Information and Quality Authority (HIQA) Standards.
- Good understanding and application of good Clinical Governance and responsibilities.
- Management experience at CNM 1 level or above.
- Evidence of consistent updating of clinical skills and knowledge and willingness for continued self-development in a professional capacity.
- Willingness to work flexibly and to keep knowledge and skills up to date.
- Full drivers license with business insurance.
- Experience of managing the delivery of home care services.
