Position : Assistant Manager Design & Development
Job Location : Mumbai
About the company:
One of the leading names in the EPDM Rubber Parts.
Job Requirement:
- BE/B.Tech / M.E. /M. Tech`(Mechanical/Automobile)professional with 5+ years of experience
- Experience in 2D, 3D and Assembly drafting.
- Proficiency in Catia V5 (Specially in Generative shape design) and Auto Cad is must
- Experience in TOOLS & Design
- Experience in GD&T
Job Role :
- Creation, maintenance and management of CAD models as per company as well as customer systems.
- Development of extrudes and molded parts according to the 3D body data (BIW and Trims).
- Good knowledge in the field of design, construction of rubber/thermoplastic sealing systems.
- Good knowledge of the manufacturing side for sealing systems (design suitable for production)
- Implementation of development works at the customer site.
- Knowledge on Product Benchmarking, Reverse Engineering, Customer Standards & Requirements.
- Support and technical assistance in tool manufacturing internally and externally.
- Knowledge on SOR, RFQ study.
- Knowledge on DFMEA, APQP, DVP and Documentation.
- Knowledge of Process design and validation.
- Product Validation / Revalidation and Customer Approval.
- Knowledge on New Product Fixture, Tools and Gauges design.
