Job Description

Position: Manager/Jt. Manager (Finance- Compliances, Budgeting and Risk Management) On Contract (Extendable)

Job Location: Vadodara

Qualification: B Com with CA / CMA (Full Time)

Job Requirement

  • He should be well conversant with the work of, financial accounting, cost accounting, budgeting, finance concurrence, insurance, income-tax, GST, dealing with auditors & statutory authorities etc.
  • He should have exposure of computerized working environment either in Oracle or SAP. Candidate conversant with Ind AS shall be preferred.
  • Candidate should have post-qualification experience and should be able to manage operation of payment collection section, co-ordinate with finance department related to payment collection matters. He / She will be responsible for payment deposition, payment recovery, overdue monitoring etc
  • He/she should be well conversant with the work of financial accounting, treasury management. He should have exposure of computerized working environment in SAP.
  • He/she shall be responsible for all financial aspects including but not limited to act as the compliance officer for timely preparation and audit of financial statements and adherence related to SEBI and stock exchange regulations.
  • He/she would ensure compliance of all the prevalent laws like IT Act, Company’s Act etc and company’s policies and oversee all audit and internal financial control operations of the company.
  • He/She should be well conversant with the work of finance concurrence, financial accounting, cost accounting, insurance, income- tax, VAT/Sales Tax, dealing with auditors & Government officers etc.
  • Knowledge of maintaining books of Accounts in SAP environment, compilation and audit of annual accounts, project accounting, MIS and budgetary control, contract management, project finance and treasury management, Income tax and GST is must.
  • Candidate should have experience in sales accounting and credit management related activities. Preparation of overdue / outstanding reports, follow up with dealer/customer for timely payment and with business associate for timely renewal of bank guarantee, PDC, RTGS, C forms, F forms etc.
  • He / She should be able to manage operation of payment collection section, co[1]coordinate with finance department related to payment collection matters.
  • He / She will be responsible for payment deposition, payment recovery, overdue monitoring and generation of MIS report etc. Also, should be well conversant with Budgeting.
  • The candidate should have worked in companies of repute and in SAP environment. Candidate conversant with Ind AS shall be preferred.
