Position : Paint Shop Engineer
Job Location : Mehsana
About the company :

Job Requirement :
- Diploma /Degree in Paint Technology with 5+ years of experience
- Knowledge of Surface preparation, Painting processes & Painting parameter. Daily Production monitoring by ensuring performance enhancing activity, SAP knowledge, ISO documentation work. • Ensure delivery of painted jobs with full kitting system
Job Role :
- Inspection & Supervision of Painting System, New paint establishment
- Knowledge & skills for Fault finding & Prevention of repetitive failures
- Identify issue to solve Breakdown maintenance & Trouble shoot
- Good interpersonal skills & Leadership skills
- Ensure QC FPY Improvement for Painted jobs
- Ensure work with Safety and maintain area 5S
- Close Co-ordination between Shift Operators and painting team
- ON Time Delivery of painted jobs synchronization with Assembly and loading team
- Analyze all root causes for all painting issues and resolve same
- Improve utilization of blasting, paint shop
- Monitor Manpower & Machine utilization and daily update reports
- Execute Effective Preventive Maintenance Plan •
- Ready to move in shifting timing
- Ensure delivery of painted jobs with full kitting system
- Knowledge for objectives data analysis & monitoring
