Job Description
- Receiving orders according to the system and reviewing notes received from delegates
- Follow up on incoming orders, arrange them and schedule their delivery to the Traffic Department, and ensure that the process proceeds according to procedures
- Follow up on pending orders with delegates
- Entering returns according to the company's return policy and following up with the Finance Department to issue returns
