Job Description

This is a remote position.

Role: Senior US IT Bench Sales Recruiter (Individual contributor)


Fully Remote across India


Domain: Information Technology


MUST be willing to work in the US working hours i.e., 9 AM to 5 PM EST.




Ideal Applicant:


We are looking for a fast-paced senior IT Bench Sales Recruiter who has a track record of:


.

Placing at least 15 consultants a quarter.

.

Establishing a strong network of Tier 1 vendors.

.

Rate Negotiations.

.

Excellent coordination skills.

.

Self-Driven approach



Requirements


What you will bring:


.

5+ years of proven experience in the IT Bench Sales in the IT Consulting Industry.

.

Well versed with Marketing IT Consultants (H1B, GC, EAD, US Citizen, TN and OPT) on our bench.

.

Regular interaction with consultants and identifying their needs and getting them to projects accordingly

.

Experienced with the full cycle of Sales, submitting the consultants, confirming the best rates, following up for interview schedules, closing the best deals

.

Ability to interact, develop Vendor network and get candidates placed in quick turnaround time.

.

Gathering requirements for consultants from Vendors of clients, Job portals and other networking techniques

.

Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements, generate daily reports and update them

.

Excellent knowledge of US geography and time zones and tax terms i.e., C2C, 1099, W2.



Education:


Bachelor s/Master s Degree in IT/Computer Science or relevant.
