Painting Manager

Position: Painting Manager
Location: Seremban
Salary: RM 8,000 - RM 12,000

Responsibilities:

• Supervise all activity in Painting Department
• Review progress update of all activity in Painting Department
• Plan and establish for painting quality assurance system
• Carry out risk evaluation and planning for improvements
• Propose plans that are based on New Model development
• Check and verify new model trial result data before evaluation
• Issue job policies and instructions to others
• Plan and exercise in accordance with policies and instructions
• Planning & implementing of long term business plan
• Able to study & implement plant operations incorporating safety standards
• Originate & implementation of new product with a good control of production efficiency & QCD Balance
• Evaluate and approve all aspect include manpower, material, method, machine in Painting Department
• Decision making and approval regarding profitability in capital investment (Process Equipment)
• Monitor all activity regarding risk management

• At least 5 years of related working experience in Industrial painting or Automotive painting industry
• Leadership & ability to lead and direct the team
• Solid experiences in end-to-endoperations in painting department
• Excellent verbal and written languages in English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Excellent stakeholder management ability
• Able to work in Seremban
