Responsibilities
Seek out new opportunities and expand and enhance existing opportunities in value-adding 3PL (logistics) and returns management services.
Establish a professional and consultative relationship with customers by developing a core understanding of their unique business needs.
Meet with existing customers to support ongoing partnerships and ensure potential is being achieved.
Interface with internal and external stakeholders to anticipate customer needs and facilitate solutions development.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Contribute to proposal development, negotiations, and deal closure.
Requirements
Possesses knowledge of target retail, manufacturing, and consumer electronics markets.
A background which may include electronics recycling, refurbishment, repair, or resale.
A track record of negotiating and closing high value service contracts.
Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrates detailed knowledge of the company’s products and services.
