We are looking for an executive assistant to provide administrative support to our CEO while working remotely. You will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling meetings and managing calendars. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Microsoft Teams. Ultimately, you should be able to handle a heavy load of administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.
Responsibilities
- Respond to emails and phone calls
- Schedule meetings
- Handle a high load of tasks
- Manage a contact list
- Prepare spreadsheets and keep online records
- Organize CEO calendars
- Perform market research
- Create presentations, as assigned
- Address employees administrative queries
- Provide customer service as first point of contact
Requirements
- Proven experience as an executive assistant working remotely or relevant role
- Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, Microsoft Teams, Asana, etc.
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
- Strong knowledge of online calendars and scheduling
- Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong Multi-tasking skills
- Solid organizational skills
- A passion for all things AR/VR
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour
