Operations Manager

Our client is a multinational group with a strong manufacturing presence and growing within the US. We are looking for theOperations Managerfor their operations located inFranklin, WIreporting directly to the COO.

Mission:

The Operations Manager will be responsible for meeting and striving to reach company objectives in production and continuous improvement on processes, meeting expenses budget and keeping a safe environment.

Main responsibilities:

• Meet on time production schedule.
• Meet Company Objectives in Sales, Service/Delivery, Quality, Safety and Cost.
• Be a leader and coach people, treat them with respect and dignity, challenging them to improve performance.
• Generate strategies to improve production process and Quality.
• Work with lean Manufacturing techniques.
• Meet the established Quality System and process.

• Excellent in Planning & Organization Continuous Improvement.
• Excellent coaching and developing people Excellent written and verbal communicating in the Organization
• Can develop presentations, works with MS Apps (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
