Job Description
- Coordinate the Construction Subcontracts Engineers, ensuring application of the corporate and project procedures.
- Establish the final Subcontracting Plan and Subcontractors Analysis.
- Coordinate the work with the Cost Control Engineer, Planning Engineer and Quantity Control Engineers, as well as with the other Departments of all other areas involved in the execution of the Project.
- Study all the works to be subcontracted, knowing the scopes, deadlines and budgets.
- Revise the RFQ and Bid Bulletins.
- Analyse the tabulations and evaluations of the bids received.
- Negotiate with Subcontractors.
