Job Description
Keep the user documentation current
Collaborate with team members to work on various strategic planning projects
Collect CRM data from the individual sales people and update the system
Implement and optimize our newly defined sales processes
Develop reports in CRM
Sales support (as part of a global team)
Act as the lead for data and camapign activity relating to the Holden CRM Loyalty initiatives
