Legal Counsel

You will be working across different jurisdictions and will need to manage multiple work streams and competing deadlines. This is a broad legal role, and no two days will be alike. You may be involved in any of the following areas:

• Corporate: assisting with corporate activities, including launching new territories, intra-group restructuring, M&A, corporate secretarial, and other corporate affairs.
• Financial services: researching and providing regulatory analysis for Payment Institutions and Payment Aggregation for new jurisdictions and working on relevant Fintech agreements.
• Commercial contracts: Review, draft and negotiate commercial contracts, including customer contracts and T&Cs, SaaS agreements, partnership, and JV agreements, referral agreements, NDAs, marketing and supplier agreements, and many more.
