Group Co-Sec and Governance in our office in Amman

Responsibilities

• Organize meetings, set up and circulate agendas and supporting files, circulate notice of meetings, coordinate with meeting participants and presenters, conveny meetings, maintain minutes, manage the confluence page for group board, subsidiary boards, group committees, and subsidiary committees.
• Assist with the Group Innovation Committee.
• Perform a role with the licensing team to assist with global incorporations.
• Ensure authority levels of group committees’ compliance with authority matrix.
• Organize the relevant board trainings.
• Maintain key governance documentation and corporate documents of Group entities.

Skills & Competencies

• Organizational, planning, and multi-tasking skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal with superior interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience Requirements

• Company secretary qualified.
• 4+ years of professional experience
