This is a remote position.
- Post job advertisements to different job boards
- Utilize various job portals/sites such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Hubstaff, Craigslists, and other relevant platforms to source for and connect with potential candidates
- Update and manage applicant tracking system (Zoho Recruit)
- Review resumes, shortlist and endorse shortlisted candidates to HR Manager
- Facilitate interviews with
- Perform other functions as needed
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or any relevant field.
- With 1-3 years work experience as a Recruitment Assistant, preferably in a fully-remote work set-up
- Knowledgeable in using Applicant Tracking System (Zoho Recruit or any ATS)
- Good interpersonal skills, highly organized, keen to details, and resourceful.
- Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using G-Suite applications
