Hands on Sourcing using different Portals / Sources.
Good working knowledge in MS Office.
Good Verbal & Written Communication skills Flexibility to work and a penchant for learning

Good interpersonal skills
Sound knowledge of HR practices.
Good command over HR concepts
Roles & Responsibilities:
Working into on-boarding activities
Engaging employee post offer released and after joining.
Maintaining a connect with every employee and handling employee grievances
Designing CTC with breakup of Gross salary.
Conducting induction/orientation program to new employees.
Maintaining employee personal file with relevant documents.
Generate and issue Id cards.
Managing Time office.
Handling monthly Salary activities
Full Time
