Responsibilities:
Our client is one of the biggest Digital Bank in Indonesia.
Responsibilities:
- Representing shareholder in monitoring the banks operation
- Monitoring the Board of Directors and Commissioner in managing the bank to protect bank, investor, and stakeholders interest
- Acting as Chairman (Independent) for Board of Commissioner
- Responsible to maintain and monitor the business, partnering with Board of Directors
Requirements
- Experience background as Commissioner / BOD of the fintech company or conventional bank in Indonesia is a must
- Experience as Chief or Director or Vice President (VP) role at fintech company also preferred
- Good English communication
- Good track record (good integrity record as senior banker is preferable)
- Good health track record
- Experience in risk management/audit is an advantage
